Parts orders typically ship 1-2 business days after being placed. Most orders are delivered 1-3 business days after that.

Magnum Bikes ships parts and gear orders through UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

All items sold through MagnumBikes.com require preauthorization for returns: e-bike, parts & gear, accessories, etc.

Please Note: MagnumBikes.com only accepts returns for Magnum Bikes models purchased through our website or at one of our Magnum Bikes flagship stores (Salt Lake City, Park City, St. George, Encinitas, Scottsdale).

If you purchased your e-bike through another website or local Magnum Dealer, your e-bike is subject to the return policy of that independent business.

Here’s everything to know about returns and refunds for e-bikes purchased directly through Magnum.

E-Bike Return Conditions

All e-bikes sold at a promotional price or discount are final sale. No returns or refunds.

E-bikes purchased at standard retail price must be returned…

  • Within 15 days of delivery
  • With under 10 miles on the odometer
  • In like-new condition (free from dirt, dust, and fragrances)
  • In intact original packaging (all cardboard and foam included)
  • With all items received (charger, keys, hardware, etc.)
E-Bike Return Customer Costs
  • Return shipping & handling
  • Restocking fee of up to 20% if any above conditions aren’t met

E-Bike Return & Refund Process

  • Allow 1 week or more for our team to thoroughly inspect each e-bike return
  • If your return is approved, refunds are normally processed 2-3 business days after approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the card used for that purchase. If you don’t want the refund issued to that card, you will receive MagnumBikes.com store credit.
